With this payment method, your payment will be debited immediately. To pay with iDEAL, you go through the following steps from the point where you choose your payment method:

• Click on ‘Next’, this will take you to the ‘Check and send order’ page
• After you click on ‘Confirm and continue to iDEAL’ you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail
• You will be redirected to your bank’s payment environment
• Complete your payment here
• Don’t forget to return to the Olli + Jeujeu site after your payment. Here your order will be completed and you will see a confirmation of your payment
• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation
With us you can also pay easily and securely with a credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa. To pay by credit card, complete the following steps from the point where you choose your payment method:
• Select your card type and fill in your card details
• Click on ‘Next’, this will take you to the ‘Check and send order’ page
• After you click on ‘Send order’ you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail
• In some cases you will be redirected to your bank’s payment environment where you pay with your card reader
• After completing the payment, you will be redirected to the Olli + Jeujeu website where you will see a confirmation of the payment
• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation and the amount will be credited to your credit card
Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL method. This high security standard makes purchasing with a credit card at Olli + Jeujeu safe.
After the first purchase with your credit card, your credit card details are stored in a secure environment so that you do not have to re-enter them for each order. Do you want to delete this data? Then log in to ‘my account’ and click on ‘my payment methods’ in the menu on the left. Now you can click on ‘Delete credit card details’
You can also pay with us via PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directly redirected to the PayPal website during checkout.
If you are new to PayPal, you can sign up as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your username and confirm the payment.
At the time of confirmation, your PayPal account will be authorized. Your order will then be processed immediately. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
To pay with PayPal, go through the following steps from the point where you choose your payment method:
• Click on ‘Next’, this will take you to the ‘Check and send order’ page
• After you click on ‘Confirm and continue to PayPal’ you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail

• After we have received your payment (this usually only takes a few minutes) we will ship the goods

If you pay for an order via PayPal, you will always receive a confirmation of receipt from us with a link to the PayPal payment process. If the payment process is interrupted for whatever reason, you still have three hours to complete the payment using this link. Unfortunately, once the three hours have passed, payment is no longer possible. Your order will then be automatically canceled.
If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account or bank account. You can arrange this yourself via the PayPal website.
To use a discount code, you can enter the code during the payment process after you have chosen your items.
When entering the code, it is wise to copy and paste the code so that you do not make mistakes with, for example, capital letters or numbers. Then press the “Apply discount code” button. A message will appear on the screen that the discount code has been successfully processed and the amount to be paid will be immediately reduced by your discount. If the discount code is not processed successfully, a message will appear explaining why the discount code has not been processed.
Has the price not been adjusted after entering the code? Then the code has not been processed. Enter the code again and press ‘Apply discount code’.

How do you choose the right size? The size of children’s clothing, just like for babies, is approximately equal to the height of the child in centimeters. Please measure the child’s body height before ordering.
Wash our clothes inside out and no warmer than 40ºC. Let it dry naturally. The shirts look nice again. A tip is to iron it and your clothes will be like new again.
