Easy Returns
We get it: sometimes, an item just doesn’t work out as you’d hoped. Maybe that cute onesie is a little too small, or the colour doesn’t match the rest of the wardrobe. That’s no problem at all!
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of gift cards. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, but we always recommend sending your package with a track-and-trace code. This way, we can both be sure that the package arrives safely.
Prefer a different item? Simply return the item to us following the instructions below and place a new order on our webshop for the desired item.
The Steps for a Quick Return:
- Notify us of your return: Send an email to in**@**********eu.nl. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. You have 14 days to register and send your return.
- Package the items carefully: Make sure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Pack them well to prevent damage during transport. Please also include a note with your name, address, order number, and your bank account number. This will speed up the refund process!
- Time to ship! Send your package to the return address below.

- We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Once we receive your return in good order, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 10 business days.
